Many people come to me and ask for fixing bb Attachments plugin by _ck_ to be compatible with bbPress 1.0. Unfortunately ck has stopped developing plugins, nor supporting the existing ones – the reason can be found on her website. So, today I am unofficially releasing a fixed version of bb Attachments plugin.
So it is decided I guess, bbPress will finally be a WordPress plugin, most probably a canonical plugin. In the IRC meetup on 30 December ’09, Matt said that bbPress will surely become a WordPress plugin – not so soon, maybe after the release of bbPress 1.2 or so.
Many of the users who use bbPress might have faced the problem of tags not getting deleted when they use some themes which have not been yet updated to be compatible with bbPress 1.0. In this post, we will discuss on fixing this issue.

That’s true! I was excited and on cloud nine to hear that WordPress.com forums were using the After the Deadline plugin for bbPress. I would sincerely like to thank Raphael Mudge of After the Deadline for creating such a wonderful spell checker service and taking the task to install the AtD plugin on WP forums!
